A historic college located on the beautiful island of Guernsey has undergone a stunning resin bound transformation with the help of Permeable Driveway Solutions.

The project was part of the bigger college expansion programme and saw 127 square metres of the surface installed in Purity blend, a mix of amber colours and warm sand tones as well as silver speckles to give a dazzling colour, matching a wide range of properties.
The new surface not only complements the historic buildings of the college but also offers additional benefits including water permeability, slip-resistance and low maintenance.
The porous resin bound paths allow the water to drain naturally into the ground leaving the surface puddle-free. An extra layer of crushed glass also ensures the surface remains slip-resistant, making it a great solution for high-footfall areas like schools or colleges.
