Supersol Release Agent & Tool Cleaner 5kg

Supersol is a practical two-in-one release agent and cleaner for resin-bound, stone carpet and wet-pour rubber installations.

Applied sparingly to trowels and finishing tools, it creates a smooth working film that helps prevent polyurethane resin from sticking or dragging during installation. Once the job is complete, Supersol can be used to soften and remove uncured resin from trowels, floats and other application equipment.

Its slow-evaporating formula gives it more working time than conventional fast-drying solvents, while its mild odour makes it more pleasant to use on site.

Application

As a release agent:
Apply a thin, even coating to the finishing tool using a cloth or suitable solvent-resistant spray bottle. Reapply only when required. Avoid excessive application or allowing the product to drip onto the installed surface.

As a tool cleaner:
Apply generously to tools as soon as possible after use. Allow the product time to soften the uncured resin before wiping or scraping clean. Repeat where necessary. Removable metal tools may be soaked in a suitable container for heavier residue.

Important information

Supersol is intended for use on tools and equipment only. Do not add it to resin, aggregate or the mixed material. Avoid direct application onto the installed surface.

For best results, clean tools before the resin has fully cured. Fully hardened polyurethane may require mechanical removal. Test on a small area before using on plastic, rubber or painted components. Do not immerse electrical equipment.

Wear suitable gloves and eye protection during use. Store upright in a cool, well-ventilated area with the container tightly closed. Always read the Safety Data Sheet before use.
